General Tab

From Pray Times

The general tab lets you set your location, timezone and daylight saving.

Location

Press "Edit Location" button to set or edit your location as described in the Location Dialog Box.

Time Zone

Pray Times can automatically detect your time zone based on the current location entered. You can also set your time zone manually. The list of time zones can be found at this page.

Daylight Saving

The daylight saving time (DST) can be automatically detected from your browser, which is in turn, extracted from your operating system. You can also turn DST on and off manually.

Note: If the auto-detect option does not work properly, you can fix it by installing the latest DST (and time zone) updates for your operating system.
