The current Hijri date is displayed in the tooltip, if show daily prayer time is enabled. Since the beginning and the end of lunar months may vary based on the actual sighting of the moon, you have option to fix the current date by adding or subtracting up to 2 days from the date computed by the add-on Hijri date calculator.

Advanced settings, such as language, display panel, and tooltip contents can be set in the advanced tab.

Advanced Tab

Language

The language used for displaying prayer times and alerts can be set in this menu. If your language does not exist in the list, you can help us make it available.

Note: The language for menus and dialog boxes does not change by this option. If you want to see the whole add-on in your language, either use a localized version of Firefox, or install Quick Locale Switcher add-on to change your browser's locale.

Display

Display pad is a small area (usually located at the status bar) used for displaying prayer time or a countdown to it.

Location
By default, display pad is located in the browser's status bar. You can move it to other places in the browser, such as menu bar, navigation toolbar, or bookmarks toolbar.
Contents
Display pad is by default consisting of a small icon and a massage text. To save space, you may choose to remove either icon or the text from the display pad.

Tooltip

Tooltip is a small pop-up window that appears when you move your mouse over the display pad. You have option to disable/enable it, or choose what is shown in the tooltip.

Calendar

The current Hijri date is displayed in the tooltip, if show daily prayer time is enabled. Since the beginning and the end of lunar months may vary based on the actual sighting of the moon, you have an option to fix the current date by adding or subtracting up to 2 days from the date computed by the add-on Hijri date calculator.
